MPICH MPICH is a freely available implementation of the MPI Standard. MPICH is designed to provide high performance, portability, and a convenient programming environment.
NCAR NCAR is specifically interesting to those involved with climate modeling.
PETSc PETSc, the Portable, Extensible Toolkit for Scientific computation, is a suite of uni- and parallel-processor codes for solving large-scale problems modeled by partial differential equations. PETSc employs the MPI standard for all message-passing communication.
