This web site contains information about the Mesh Technology PI Meeting, which will take place at the APS Conference Center, Building 402, Rooms E1100-E1200,  at Argonne National Laboratory, 9700 S. Cass Avenue, Argonne, IL 60439.

Important information:

  • A registration form that you must fill in by May 7, 1999, so that we can get you onsite at Argonne National Laboratory.
  • An agenda for the MICS Mesh Technology PI Meeting.
  • Accommodation information (cut-off date is May 24, 1999.)
  • Travel directions from O'Hare and Midway airports.

There will be no registration fee.

Funding from DOE-MICS has been allocated for travel reimbursement for university and industry invitees only.  This  includes airfare, accommodation at the Argonne Guest House, limousine or rental car, and per diem as applicable.  The maximum amount for reimbursement is $1,000.00.   Employees of DOE and national laboratories will not receive travel reimbursement.

Travel reimbursement and meals are subject to DOE guidelines.

As funds are limited, we would greatly appreciate it if you could make arrangements early so as to obtain reasonable airfares.

A packet will be ready at the meeting for each person receiving reimbursement. Please provide  us with receipts for your flight, ground transportation, and lodging accommodations.
