GINO

Constrained and unconstrained optimization, linear and nonlinear equations, systems of inequalities.

The package contains a built-in library of trigonometric, probability, financial, and general mathematical functions.

Lasdon and Waren's GRG2 nonlinear programming algorithm is the core algorithm. The LINDO interactive interface is used.

GINO is available in a number of formats that have different platform requirements.

Platforms supported include PC, Macintosh, and Workstation. Mainframe versions are also available. Workstations supported are DEC 3100, DEC 5000, HP, IBM RS/6000, MicroVAX, NeXT, Sun SPARCstation, and Sun3.
